What to Expect

podMYOFASCIAL-RELEASE is a floor-based recovery practice that uses blocks and myofascial release balls to apply sustained pressure throughout the body.

Rather than moving through an active workout, you will spend most of the class supported on the floor with little to no muscular engagement. The practice is designed to address tightness in the muscles and fascia, improve circulation, and create greater freedom in the connective tissues.

Think of it as a guided, self-administered deep-tissue massage. Myofascial release balls and props are provided.
