YOGA POD TUCSON
Questions Our Guests Ask Most Often.
-
Not at all. Whether you're joining us for yoga, barre, strength, or recovery, our classes welcome a wide range of experience levels. Our teachers offer options throughout class so you can move at your own pace and build confidence over time.
-
When you arrive, stop by the front desk to check in. We'll help you get oriented, answer any questions, and show you where everything is. Your teacher will guide you throughout class, and our team is always happy to help if you're unsure what to expect.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first visit.

-
Yes, we highly recommend reserving your spot before you arrive. Class sizes are intentionally limited, and many classes fill before they begin.
-
No. We offer both heated and non-heated classes. Each class description indicates whether heat is used and what you can expect.
-
Simple answer: because we LOVE it!
The long and real answer: unlike forced-air systems that primarily warm the air, infrared heat warms the body and surrounding surfaces more directly, creating a more even and comfortable heated-room experience without hot air blowing around the space.
The warmth can help muscles feel more prepared to move, support mobility and circulation, and create the deep, satisfying sweat many guests enjoy in heated classes.
Each room also has its own dedicated HVAC system, allowing fresh outside air to circulate and the room air to be fully refreshed during and between classes.
-
Oh yes! We have locker rooms with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to practice before work, during your lunch break, or on your way home.
-
Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Ages 16–17 may attend classes independently.
Ages 12–15 may attend unheated yoga classes with a parent or guardian but may not participate in heated classes.
For children under 12, please visit our Childcare page to learn about the playPOD.
-
If your membership includes guest passes, you can invite a guest directly through the Yoga Pod Tucson app by selecting your class and choosing Add Guest.
Guest passes may be used for new or returning guests unless otherwise noted by your membership.
-
Because class sizes are limited, we ask that you cancel your reservation as early as possible if your plans change. This gives another guest the opportunity to attend.
For complete details, please see our Policy Page.
-
Yes. Our teachers regularly offer options and modifications throughout class to accommodate different experience levels, mobility, injuries, and personal goals whenever appropriate.
-
Please let your teacher know before class begins. They can often suggest appropriate modifications or alternatives. If you're unsure whether a class is appropriate, consult your healthcare provider before participating.
-
You don't need to be flexible to begin. Flexibility develops with consistent practice, and many guests start with little or no previous experience.
