What to Expect
YIN + Meditation combines long-held, passive Yin postures with guided breathwork and meditation.
You will settle into floor-based postures held for several minutes at a time, allowing the deeper tissues of the body to gradually soften and release. The physical practice creates space to slow down before moving into breathwork and guided meditation, experienced either lying down or seated—your choice.
Each class may explore different meditation and pranayama techniques, including mindfulness, body scans, mantra meditation, and alternate-nostril breathing.
Expect little to no muscular engagement and a calm, contemplative environment designed to help both body and mind become more settled and present.
