What to Expect

YIN + podNIDRA begins with the same slow, floor-based Yin practice you know and love. Passive postures are held for several minutes at a time to help release tension, improve flexibility, and create more space in the deeper tissues of the body.

The final 30 minutes are dedicated to podNIDRA, a guided meditation often described as yogic sleep. Practiced lying down, yoga nidra is designed to slow the brain waves, calm the nervous system, and guide the body into a deeply restful state.

The class is taught in a candlelit room with soft music, creating a quiet and supportive environment for stillness and recovery.
