Cancellation + Suspension + Refund Policy (2026)
Effective March 26, 2026
Classes
Late arrival (zero-tolerance to protect class safety & experience)
For the safety of everyone in the practice room, late arrival is not permitted.
No late entry, you must be inside the studio room at the listed start time to participate.
Check-in for class closes one minute before the listed start time.
As a courtesy, If you arrive within 10 minutes of the start time, we’ll waive the penalty and help you rebook the next available class. You still won’t be able to join that class.
Arriving more than 10 minutes after start time is treated as a no-show ($25) per policy.
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and support a safe, focused class.
Late cancel
A $12 fee automatically applies to all cancellations made within 2 hours of class start with no exceptions.
This applies even if you call/email, and regardless of circumstances (traffic, illness, emergencies), because last-minute changes impact headcount, room setup, heat levels, and the waitlist.
No-show
A $25 fee automatically applies when a no-show is recorded with no exceptions.
A cancellation is considered a “No-Show” if you do not attend, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after class begins, or if you arrive but do not check in at the front desk.
Fee notes
Your first penalty fee is automatically waived as a courtesy.
Fees are charged the following day from the late cancel or no show occurrence.
Studio front desk staff are unable to remove fees, including for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
Calls made within 2 hours still count as a late cancel.
Questions? Email us the same day at hello@tucsonyogapod.com
All fees are non-refundable, including as account credit.
Waitlists
How it works
If a spot opens, our system will auto-add you up to 2 hours before class.
If you’re unsure you can attend, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 2 hours before class (our late-cancel window).
Fees if you’re auto-added
If you’re auto-added and then cancel inside 2 hours, it’s a Late Cancel ($12).
If you’re auto-added and don’t attend without cancelling, it’s a No-Show ($25).
Notifications & your responsibility
You are responsible for monitoring your waitlisted classes; notifications are a courtesy and not guaranteed, as delivery depends on your opt-in settings, spam filters, and device preferences.
No overlapping “backup” bookings
Overlapping bookings or booking backups that conflict with your waitlisted classes are not permitted. If you are auto-added from a waitlist and then no-show an overlapping class, a$25 no-show fee applies.
Note: All fees are non-refundable, including as account credit (see Fees & Refunds).
Workshops + Events
Cancel 24+ hours before the event to receive studio credit.
Late cancels and no-shows: no additional fee, but no credit will be issued.

Pricing fairness
podMEMBER BLUE unlimited is a reduced price based on an auto-payment agreement.

Balances must be resolved within 7 days of notification or posting to your account, whichever comes first. If a balance remains unpaid, any active memberships or class plans may be paused or restricted until the account is brought current.
Outstanding balances can be resolved directly through your “Your Wallet” or with the front desk at the studio.
Guests with an outstanding balance may be unable to attend class, check in, or make additional bookings until the balance is cleared.
Notifications are provided as a courtesy. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and monitoring your account, regardless of notification delivery.
