Noise and Care:
If your child becomes inconsolable, we will ask you to attend to them, as their distress can be heard by others in the facility.
Bathroom Policy:
Please ensure your child has used the restroom or has a fresh diaper before coming to playPOD. Should they require the restroom or a diaper change during their stay, we will notify you to assist your child.
Personal Items:
Leave personal toys at home, as we provide a variety of toys for children to enjoy.
Parental Presence:
It’s crucial that you remain within Yoga Pod premises at all times while your child is in playPOD. Departing the facility for any reason is not permitted and is considered a dealbreaker for playPOD use.
Health & Wellness:
To help keep all children and families safe, we ask that children attending playPOD are healthy and symptom-free. Children must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of medication and free from vomiting or diarrhea for 24+ hours prior to attending. If your child is experiencing symptoms such as persistent coughing, runny nose with colored discharge, lethargy, or any signs of contagious illness, we kindly ask that you keep them home and join us another day. We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all children, especially our youngest guests.
