"Shae and Yoga Pod did a great job crafting a thoughtful program. If there were gaps, of which there were few, Shae was always on top of remedying situations. The studio itself deserves credit for the success of the program, but Shae is truly the heartbeat of the program and everything you could expect or want out of a lead instructor."
