300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program

January - May 2025

Meets Wednesdays from 5-9:30pm (starting January 8th) + every other weekend, Sat/Sun 8-5:30pm (starting January 11th) + ends with a one-week intensive (May 18th-24th, 8-5:30pm daily)

Our Yoga Alliance-certified 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed for yoga teachers AND practitioners ambitious about expanding their teaching styles and personal practices. This unique program is designed to address both Yin and Yang modalities, with full expert led modules in yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, as well as advanced training in vinyasa yoga sequencing and yoga anatomy.

Yoga students will experience a blend of expert led modules and mentorship as they lead their own yoga classes and workshops throughout the course of the program.

With our curated group of yoga subject matter experts, students will experience a wide a variety of yoga informed modalities to help enhance their teaching methods and personal practice. Modules include:

• Sanskrit / Chanting / Mantra
