YOGA POD TUCSON

GO deeper into what moves YOU.

Teacher trainings, specialty certifications, master classes, and experiential workshops for wherever you want to grow next.

One Studio. Four Ways to Move. So Many Ways to Keep Growing.

Yoga, Barre, Strength, and Recovery are all part of one connected approach to moving and feeling better. Here, they also become pathways for learning.

Follow what already moves you, discover how each one can support the others, or explore something entirely new. Whether you’re learning for yourself or preparing to guide others, there’s a next step for you here.

You Don’t Have to Know Where This Leads Yet.

Maybe something you experienced in class made you curious. Maybe you want to understand your body more clearly, spend more time with a subject you love, or discover how another way of moving could support what you already do.

You don’t need to arrive with plans to teach. You can join us to experience something new, explore one idea more deeply, or simply follow the question that brought you here. Sometimes one workshop is exactly enough. Sometimes it becomes the beginning of something more.

Maybe You Want to Teach.

Maybe You Want to Understand Yoga More Fully.

A 200-hour yoga teacher training can be the beginning of teaching, and it can also be a way to understand Yoga more fully for yourself.

You’ll spend time with movement, anatomy, breath, philosophy, sequencing, and the experience of guiding others. Along the way, you may discover new connections between how you move, how you recover, how you build strength, and how you care for yourself beyond the studio.

You don’t need to arrive certain that you want to teach. You only need to be ready to learn.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Our foundational 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training brings anatomy, movement principles, pose variations, sequencing, philosophy, breathwork, and the art of holding space together in one immersive experience.

Designed for aspiring teachers and dedicated students, this Yoga Alliance-certified program gives you room to deepen your relationship with Yoga, discover your voice, and build a foundation you can carry into your teaching, your movement, and your life.

Keep Becoming the Teacher You Want to Be.

Teaching keeps changing because you keep changing.

You may want more confidence in the room, a stronger understanding of the body, new ways to support your students, or the freedom to explore subjects that were only introduced in your foundational training.

Advanced education gives you room to refine what is already yours, learn from experienced educators, and connect more of what you know across movement, strength, recovery, and the way you lead.

300-Hour Advanced
Yoga Teacher Training.

Advanced education that works with your life.

Our hybrid 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training gives RYT®200 graduates two ways to reach the same certification. Choose the structure and connection of a cohort-based experience or build a more flexible, self-paced journey through the program.

Both pathways combine 50 hours of online core curriculum with 250 hours of in-person study. Through modular learning in anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, leadership, and other subjects that interest you, you can broaden what you offer while growing into the teacher you want to become.

Follow What Moves You Deeper.

You may already know what keeps drawing you back. The quiet of Yin. The support of Restorative Yoga. The strength and musicality of Barre. The confidence that comes from understanding how the body builds strength safely.

Going deeper into one area often changes how you experience the others. Recovery can make strength more sustainable. Strength can create greater confidence in Yoga and Barre. A deeper understanding of breath, mobility, alignment, and rest can support every way you move.

Choose the subject that interests you now. You don’t need to know where it will take you next.

Yin.

Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training explores functional anatomy, fascia, sequencing, and the art of creating space for stillness, rest, and release.

Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students, this immersive program will deepen your understanding of Yin and the ways it can support mobility, recovery, nervous-system balance, and everything else you do to move and feel better. If you teach, you’ll also gain the tools to share thoughtful, supportive Yin classes with confidence.

Restorative.

Our Restorative Yoga Teacher Training explores the art and science of helping the body feel supported enough to soften, settle, and restore.

Designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, caregivers, and anyone drawn to the profound value of deep rest, this training will expand your understanding of supportive positioning, thoughtful prop use, and nervous-system care. You’ll leave with tools you can share with others and practices you can carry into your own life.

This training is certified by Yoga Alliance, and continuing-education credit is available for current yoga teachers.

Barre.

Discover the magic of barre.

Our Barre Training takes you beyond the class experience and into the purpose behind the movement. Explore functional movement, strength, musicality, creative sequencing, and the thoughtful choices that make Barre challenging, supportive, and genuinely fun.

Come to understand Barre more deeply, prepare to teach for the first time, or add it to what you already offer. You’ll leave with a stronger connection to the method and, if teaching is your goal, the tools to lead with confidence and personality.
