What brought you to yoga?
After years of working in the service industry I notice my body starting to hurt. I needed something to help me to tune in to my own needs.

What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I have been teaching since 2015. I am forever a student learning how to adapt and evolve my own practice as well as my teaching style. My goal is always to make anyone and everyone feel welcome especially if it's your 1st time ever.

What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I hate getting tattooed!
