What brought you to yoga/barre?
I have always loved taking yoga/barre classes but it wasn’t until becoming a stay at home mom that I found my love for teaching fitness. I love the total body/low impact options that barre and yoga provide and I am so thankful for the opportunity to support and motivate others in their fitness journey.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I have taken various forms of yoga throughout my entire adult life and have taught barre consistently since 2014. I am most passionate about connecting with clients, creating strong community and encouraging others to continue to grow in their mental and physical strength and stability.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
If you can’t find me in the studio, I’m most likely hiking Blackett’s ridge, dreaming about my next trip to the Grand Canyon.
